Auto burglaries

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to take this time to inform you of a recent problem we have
been experiencing throughout District. We have been having a number
of reports of auto burglaries. In most of these cases the preferred
item has been GPS systems which are mounted to the vehicles
windshield. I would suggest that if you have this sort of device, you
remove it entirely (suction cup mount as well) and place it out of

COMSTAT MEETING Thursday July 22nd

Sent on Friday July 16 to NOPD "email blast" yahoo group.

"Next week's district comstat meeting needs to be changed. Lt.'s
Montalbano, Laporte and Captain Albert have an important meeting on
Wednesday at 1pm, which is supposed to be our normal meeting day. For
next weeks comstat we are holding the meeting Thursday, 11:00am at

Harrell Boosters 8-9 years old boy baseball team

This just in from Rev. Stanford Williams...

Harrell 8-9
years old boy baseball team has made it to the city wide single game
elimination tournament as the west champions. The team will be playing
tomorrow (July 16th) at Willie Hall Park located next to the Youth Study Center
across from Pan American Stadium on Wisner Blvd. The game is scheduled
for 6:00 p.m., the winner will advance to the next round.
